    This fantastic book by Kastner is about a young boy named Emil who is taking the train on his own, but, soon he falls asleep and when he wakes up the money in his pocket is missing and so is one of his fellow passengers. This book follows the story of Emil and his friends try to prove the mman in the bowler hat stole Emil's money! The adventure takes Emil and the detectives across Berlin trying to catch this rotten thief!
